OMG! The Democratic National Convention is about to break down into utter and complete chaos. The Clinton camp is taking to the streets. They're totally pissed that Obama snubbed her for VP. The Clinton Democrats are breaking rank in droves and voting for McCain. It's the end of the world as we know it.
Yeah, not really. But the republican propaganda machine sure is trying hard to drive that wedge, aren't they? They've done a masterful job of pushing that non-story over the past couple of days. However, it is sure to backfire when Hillary takes the stage at the convention and rallies the troops around Obama.
But, wow! If you weren't paying attention to the sources of the story you might really think that Hillary supporters were actually dumb enough to vote for McCain out of spite. Now I'm sure there are a few of them out there who might not vote for Obama but certainly no where near the number that the republican propaganda machine is floating. Just sit back, shake your heads, and smile when Hillary comes through live on stage.
