CNN has Obama winning the debate 51%-38%, with the overall public consensus being that either man would be able to handle the job if elected. This is a bigger deal for Obama because he is the one who supposedly had to go out and show the public that he could be "presidential". Mission accomplished.
I felt that McCain held his own but as the "experienced leader" he really didn't show me much. Like I said last night, it was Obama who was always taking the initiative during the debate. I don't know if anyone took a poll on who the public thinks is a stronger leader but if they did, I'm sure it would be overwhelmingly Obama.
