It's not her fault she's stupid. She just wasn't given "the list". From the Huffpost:
Sarah Palin couldn't name a Supreme Court case that she disagreed with because she had yet to be given a "list of cases to see," Fred Thompson explained Thursday, on the Early Show with CBS.
Hmmm...without being privy to "the list", off the top of my head I can think of at least one Supreme Court case that I disagree with and I've never been to law school or majored in journalism or any of that other high brow, elitist stuff. Anyone remember a little decision called Bush v. Gore.?
